My journey into childcare started with previous babysitting roles, where I discovered my love for caring for children and making a positive impact on their lives. I've got four years of experience under my belt, and I'm comfortable caring for up to four children of all ages. I'm known for my calm and patient demeanor, which allows me to handle even the most challenging situations with ease. I strongly believe in open communication with parents and always follow their preferred method of communication to ensure they're well-informed about their child's day and any issues that arise. When it comes to household rules, I'm very comfortable enforcing them while maintaining a nurturing environment.
