Hi parents! As someone who strongly believes in mentorship and the positive impact it has on growth and development, I've been a childcare provider for six years. I grew up surrounded by nannies and learning from students at Kumon, which solidified a strong foundation of educational growth and relationship building. Mentorship showed me how much growth and development someone can gain, so I want to share my experiences mentoring with others. I'm known for my approachability and friendliness, which helps me connect with children easily. I have cared for toddlers, pre-teens, and teens in the past. I am experienced in educational learning, as I taught at Kumon in math and reading. I have a college degree, a vehicle with a clean driving record for six years. I am fluent in English and comfortable in Chinese. I believe in regular updates to keep parents informed about their child's day. I follow household rules set by parents and adapt my approach accordingly.
