Emma was amazing! She accommodated our last minute request to come early, and she was 15 minutes earlier than the agreed upon time! This promptness really helped to transition easier. All of my kids loved her (ages 3,5 and 13) and she followed our instructions to the T. Additionally, she was very good with communication throughout the whole time.
