We feel incredibly lucky to have had Emma as a nanny. She cared for our four children—ages 7, 5, 2, and 6 months—with an extraordinary level of patience, competence, and love. Managing children across such a wide range of ages is no small feat, yet she did so with confidence. Emma was attentive to each child’s individual needs, seamlessly balancing school-age routines, toddler care, and infant feeding and nap schedules. Our older children thrived under her guidance while our younger ones formed a deep sense of security and attachment with her.
