Unlocking the unique potential within every student is my primary mission as an educator. I graduated with a Special Education degree and have spent the last six years as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst working with students who have behavioral needs. I currently work for a special educatio program within a DC Charter School. I cultivate an engaging, patient environment by adapting my methods--incorporating visual aids, hands-on activities, and practice problems--to suit your child's specific learning style. I prioritize consistent positive reinforcement to celebrate small successes and keep students motivated through challenging concepts. I also value clear communication, providing regular updates to ensure we are aligned in supporting your student's growth. Seeing a student reach a significant academic goal or gain newfound confidence is what I find most rewarding. I look forward to building a supportive rapport with your family and helping your child thrive.
