About Emma

Hi! My name is Emma, i'm 21 years old! I'm currently a business major! Caring for children is something I genuinely take to heart. I believe every child deserves to feel safe, loved, and understood, and I approach caregiving with patience, attentiveness, and kindness. I'm dependable, calm, and focused on creating a nurturing, structured environment while also making room for fun, play, and connection. In the past, I have been a babysitter for many families in my church, as well as I have nanny for people in my town, and recently I have been a daycare worker! And my most fun one I would say was when I was a summer camp counselor! I value open communication with parents and respect each family's routines and values. I take pride in building trust with both children and families and caring for every child as if they were my own. Can't wait to hear from anyone and all of you!
