About Emma

I'm 18 with 4 years of nanny experience caring for children ages 6 months to 12 years. My most recent full-time role was caring for an 18-month-old, 4-year-old, and 6-year-old on the spectrum with emotional regulation challenges. I also helped with school drop-offs/pickups. I love planning outings to parks, splash pads, the library, playlands, and Randall Oaks Zoo. I encourage kindness, manners, sharing, emotional expression, and a love of books while creating a fun, supportive, developmentally appropriate environment. I prepare meals, do laundry, dishes, and cleaning so parents come home to happy kids and a tidy house. I have patience and experience with behavioral challenges. I send midday updates with meals, activities, milestones, photos, and videos. I also work weekends at Millie's Playland. I'm new to Care. com because my previous jobs came through the playland, and I'd love to help make parenting a little easier for you.
