About Emma

6 years of working with toddler and infant children. I'm very hands-on, engaging with children, while also encouraging their independence. I make sure they feel heard and supported while working closely with parents to make sure I'm aligned with their routines and what matters most to them. I'd describe my personality as dependable, patient, and attentive. I enjoy working with children because of their curiosity and unique way of seeing the world. It's rewarding to support their growth and be part of their development as they reach new milestones. I'm looking for a role where I can make a meaningful impact, supporting the children's development while building a positive, trusting relationship with both the kids and their parents. I started working with kids 6 years ago, between friends and family I have enjoyed my place as a supportive caregiver. In my spare time I enjoy making art, going to new places and trying new food. Also an avid coffee drinker and bookworm.
