Emma was an excellent caregiver. My two year old who has a tough time with transitions usually had no problem adapting. She watched during the week while we skied. She did outdoor activities with home, Helped us clean, grab groceries, was communicative and prompt, offered extra hours and most importantly was wonderful with the kids.
