My senior care extends to companion care, Hoyer lift transfers, bed pan, bathing & dressing, medication assistance/ reminders, meal preparation & assistance, etc. Most of my senior care has been with independent seniors who needed little to no assistance with ADL's though I do have experience with more dependent seniors as well. I am a 50-something with the heart of a child. I have patience with seniors. I give them time to voice their opinions and thoughts, rather than speaking for them. I love their honesty and strength of character. I could listen to all of the "one time" stories one would care to tell. Theirs is an era that will be well missed.

I have known Emma since January, 2017, when she started working as a caregiver for me. She has become a friend as well as a caregiver. Emma takes me to my doctor appointments, weekly hair appointments, grocery shopping, drugstore shopping, any errands I need to make. Emma helps me at home with some various household chores. Emma also helps me with my showers. I have broken both hips and use a walker. Emma takes me to church on Wednesday nights for prayer meeting and Bible Study. She is friendly, kind and willing to do anything that I need to have done. She always comes to my house with a smile on her face and makes me much happier when she arrives.
