About Emma

Hey there, I'm Emma! I'm a recent college graduate looking for a full-time summer childcare position in the Wilmington area before I begin graduate school in the fall. I have 4+ years of childcare experience working with children ages 1-15. I've held a wide range of roles working with kiddos, from running two youth summer camps to providing daily care for kids ages 1-6 to working as a household assistant and driver for a teenager. I truly enjoy working with children and bring a confident, organized, and energetic approach to each role. Safety is my number one priority. One of my favorite parts of working so closely with families is building trusting relationships.
