About Emma

I have been working with children since I was 13 as a babysitter, moving to mother's helper and nanny. I love creating environments where children can express themselves and learn and parents can take time for themselves knowing their children are cared for. I have worked with children and families with various excepionalities both mental and physical. Helping to bridge communication gaps, providing tools to help in day to day, and ensuring a safe and understanding environment. My main skills include: Early life milestone coaching, patience, communication, and consequence (rather than punnishment) based enforcement of rules.
