I've always been passionate about fostering children's growth and development. My previous babysitting roles were so positive that I decided to become a full-time caregiver. I'm patient, calm, creative, and friendly, and I love making a positive impact on children's lives. I'm comfortable caring for up to four children, ranging from infants to pre-teens. I communicate with parents about their child's day via written daily reports and verbal communication at pickup. I also follow their preferred communication method. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I believe in gentle discipline and allowing children to learn from their mistakes. I'd rather them figure out what they did wrong and reflect on it rather than resorting to punishment. I love playing with children and helping them express themselves creatively. Whether it's educational games, art, or sports, I'm happy to join in on whatever they enjoy.
