About Emma

Hi! I'm a patient and reliable caregiver with several years of experience providing one-on-one support for adolescents/adults with developmental disabilities, including Down syndrome. I previously worked through GT Independence, where I supported an individual long-term and built a strong, trusting relationship. I enjoy helping with daily routines, community outings, companionship, and creating a calm, positive environment. I'm dependable, easy to communicate with, and value consistency and respect in caregiving. I'm looking for one-on-one caregiving work with adults with special needs and am open to part-time or full-time opportunities. References available upon request.
