About Emma

We feel incredibly lucky to have had Emma care for our daughter for 2.5 years, from the time she was just four months old through age 2½. During that time, she became such an important and loved part of our family. Emma is incredibly kind, calm, patient, loving and compassionate. She created a safe and nurturing environment where our daughter could truly thrive through every stage—from infancy to toddlerhood. She was thoughtful about keeping her on an age-appropriate schedule and consistently ensured her feeding and sleep needs were met as she grew. She also supported our family through major milestones, including introducing new routines and potty training, with so much patience and encouragement. She always found fun and meaningful ways to keep our daughter engaged, including crafts, learning activities, outdoor play, trips to the park, library storytime and visits to the children’s museum. We always felt completely confident when they were out together because of her strong communication, attentiveness and sound judgment. She also took wonderful care of our home throughout the day by keeping play areas clean and organized, washing bottles and cleaning up after meals and activities. She was consistently punctual, dependable, professional and easy to communicate with. Most importantly, she genuinely loved our daughter—and our daughter absolutely adored her. She quickly became one of her favorite people, and saying goodbye when our family moved was incredibly difficult. We will always be grateful for the love, care and stability she gave our daughter during such formative years. We cannot recommend Emma highly enough and would wholeheartedly trust her with any family’s children.
