Hi! I'm Emma! I graduated from Dowling Catholic in 2023 and I am going into my fourth year of college (I changed my major) at GCC. I was a political science major for two years and I recently changed to Biblical studies in hopes of being a middle or high school Bible teacher. I scored a 35 on the English portion of the ACT and a 36 on the reading portion. Both of my majors require extensive reading and writing. I can provide basic English skills such as grammar rules and parts of sentences but I also love to work on improving writing and composition. Reading comprehension is also something I can work on. For high schoolers, I can help a lot with the English and reading sections of the ACT! I also have experience tutoring special needs children, so this is also an area where I am qualified.
