I've worked with children walking-13 yrs and supervised up to 25 children. In my experiences, I've handled different personalities, special needs & medical conditions. Communication is key. I'll provide updates however parents prefer, whether a quick text or check-ins at pickup. I'll do my best to respect/enforce household rules as directed. I'm CPR/First Aid certified, have a car, clean driving record & can help with transportation. I'm also comfortable with animals. Emma has amazing qualities like communication, empathy, energy, compassion, imagination and responsibility unlike other care takers. At the start of our journey with Emma’s services she asked many great questions that I didn’t even think of in order to prepare the right care for our kiddos. Our kids are under 4 years old and they both are ecstatic when it’s a day with Emma! She also does well following directions, putting the kids in bed, and we have such a sense of security with Emma in our home with our family.
