About Emma

I started working with kids when I was the age of 10, first starting in my churches nursery with toddlers and working my way up to my first babysitting job at 12. Ever since then childcare has been my passion I find it so fulfilling and grounding. One thing you should know about me is I am currently in school getting my bachelors degree in Psychology and Social Welfare. In the future I hope to be able to work with children who have life threatening diseases. My skills include patience, redirection, and child like fun! I worked in an after care program at a local school in Latham which taught me many needed skills to assist children in understanding and managing their frustration or anger.
