About Emma

I'd describe my personality as kind, hardworking, and joyful. I like working with kids because they are fun to be around and it is so sweet to watch them grow up. I love being able to be a part of children's life and helping them foster good character traits and have memorable experiences. I'm looking for a job that will be consistent and with parent(s)/guardians that will clearly communicate with me on how they want me to care for their child/children. I started working with kids when I was 14 years old. I babysat on and off for a while, with one family that was pretty consistent. I also volunteered in both the infant room and the toddler room at my church. In my spare time, I like to read books (mainly classics), go hiking, and spend time with my siblings. My skills include managing and caring for multiple children of different ages, working with parents and children to address any difficult behaviors, and working well in stressful situations.
