About Emma

I am a compassionate and dependable caregiver with one year of professional experience supporting elderly adults, including individuals with disabilities, along with 3-4 years of personal caregiving experience assisting my own grandparents. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, giving me both academic knowledge and practical experience in understanding emotional, cognitive, and behavioral needs. I am trained in mental and emotional de-escalation techniques and strive to provide care with patience, empathy, and professionalism. I will assist with all activities of daily living (ADLs), while promoting dignity, independence, and comfort. My support services include meal planning and preparation, medication packing and prompting (not administering medications), light housekeeping and cleaning, organizing, packing, and downsizing assistance, as well as grocery shopping and errands. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and positive environment for every client and their family!
