We had a day and time scheduled that was confirmed the night prior for a meet and greet with my child and I. She did not show up. I texted to see if everything was okay. No answer. I am saddened, because it seemed like a good fit and I loved the interactive photos Emma has on her profile with other children. I can understand emergencies and late cancelations, but there has been zero communication.
