hello! my name is em and i've been in childcare off and on for 7 years! I'd describe my personality as bubbly, bright, loud I like working with kids because there's always something new every day and you always get new ways to learn from them and handle challenges in different ways. it's also an added benefit that they're so fun and give you such a new perspective in life In my spare time, I love to play guitar, draw and paint and find any way possible that I can be creative and get some energy out! My skills include changing a diaper in less than 15 seconds, breathing/coping/calming skills, making play time very fun and collaborating with the kids when struggles or challenges come up
