About Emily

my name is emily and i've been taking care of kiddos since I was a kiddo, myself. right below Jesus, my passions include homemaking and living a natural, healthy, and sustainable lifestyle. I adore infants, but toddlers are especially my jam and I firmly believe that the first four years of a child's life are detrimental when it comes to development. I love to spend my time learning how to be a better influence on their little brains and I pride myself on my patience and ability to connect with kids during those "big feelings" moments. I love spending time in the fresh air going on walks and having picnics as well as doing arts and crafts and helping with reading and writing! I try to avoid excessive screen time with my kids but I occasionally love to snuggle up with some old PBS that's educational and not too overstimulating. i'm looking for a part time position on weekdays in a home without cats. i'm also open to as needed babysitting for families who don't require consistent care.
