About Emily

Hello! I am Emily. I've been a nanny for 13 years and truly love what I do. I've worked with four families over the years, including two long-term positions (4 and 8 years), as well as a couple of shorter roles during transitional periods. I'm still very close with both of my long-term families and remain an active part of their lives, which I think really speaks to the kind of relationships I build. As the oldest of six kids, I've basically been "on duty" my whole life, so caring for children comes very naturally to me! I studied psychology in college and am currently working toward pursuing nursing school, hoping to go into reproductive care or become a nurse midwife. I'm patient, dependable, and easy to communicate with, and I always aim to create a calm, fun, and loving environment for the kids I care for.
