Hi, I'm Emily! I recently relocated to Chicago with my husband after spending five years working as a professional nanny in Germany. I provided long-term care for two different families and frequently traveled with them. This experience helped shape me into a calm, adaptable, and dependable caregiver. I have extensive experience with newborns through toddlers, including caring for multiple children at once. I'm very comfortable taking children on outings such as park walks, zoo trips, library story times, baby classes, and errands. I believe children thrive through exploration and am experienced managing feeding, diapering, and naps while out. I speak German at a B1 level and am confident supporting routines, developmental milestones, and age-appropriate activities. I'm seeking a consistent weekday W-2 position ideally around 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. I have my own car, a clean driving record, and am comfortable with pets.
