About Emily

T As a current Pitt student I want to become more involved in the community and help out families who need it. For the past five years, I have worked back home with children of all ages, from toddlers to teenagers. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children at a time. I enjoy helping with homework, playing outside, playing any type of indoor game like board games, and just doing anything creative in general. I follow the parents' lead when it comes to household rules and as for communication I like to give updates by text or at the end. My main goal is to ensure that we're always on the same page. Ultimately, I'm motivated to help families in my community by providing support and building connections with people in my area, especially as an out-of-state student. I look forward to meeting your family and helping however I can.
