About Emily

Hi families! My name is Emily, and I live in the Athens area with my husband. I will be a certified teacher in December, and I have 3+ years of childcare experience with ages infant to 6th grade. Over the past few years, I've gained valuable experience through both classroom teaching and childcare, which has helped me develop strong skills in creating safe, engaging, and structured environments for kids to learn and grow. I love incorporating time for creativity with children, whether that's through arts and crafts, reading, playing outside, or even helping with homework. I prioritize punctuality and dependability, and I make it my goal for each child I work with to feel loved and supported. In addition to childcare, I'm happy to help with light housekeeping, meal prep, and transportation as needed. I am looking for a full-time nannying job starting in January and going through April of 2026. I can't wait to connect!
