About Emily
Experience: 10 yrs
My name is Emily, I am a new first time mom to a 15-month-old boy. I am hoping to find a position that allows me to continue my passion in caring for children, while also taking care of my son. I have 10 years of experience in early childhood education. I started in a preschool setting at school for the deaf as an ed tech. I then became a teacher of the deaf. A few years later I got the opportunity to open my own preschool in my home. I held a state licenced preschool for four years. I take pride in my calm demeanor and creativity. I love seeing children happy and helping them thrive. CPR trained and certified and fluent in American Sign Language.
