About Emily

I've been a registered nurse for 8 years, and for the past 3 years I have specialized as a pediatric nurse in an outpatient setting. I've had the joy of caring for children of all ages, from newborns to pre-teens. I'm CPR certified. I have a BA in business marketing and a BSN in nursing. I'm looking for either a part time gig, date night sitter, or as needed. My approach is patient and friendly, and I always follow parents' lead when enforcing household rules. I enjoy keeping kids active with outdoor activities, challenging them with board games and puzzles, and engaging them with educational activities. I can help with cooking, light housekeeping, and carpooling/travel. I'm happy to relieve any anxieties by communicating with parents according to their preference, whether that be texts/calls, FaceTime, or frequent updates throughout our time together. I'm also happy to introduce myself in person because I know how important it is to find someone you can trust with your little ones!
