About Emily

Hello! My name is Emily! I have my degree in early childhood education and am currently attending night school to attain my bachelors in education and special education! I have over five years of paid experience caring for children of all ages, from infants to preteens. I was a lead teacher in infant/ toddler rooms and a preschool room for some time I have been babysitting since I was a child myself! I love to engage children with educational and imaginative activities, along with doing arts and crafts, or reading stories! I also have experience and an educational background with physical activities, such as sports and nature walks. I love watching children's growth and development in a safe and nurturing environment! I have a car and if you are comfortable I love joining story time/ activities at library's, museums and zoos! I am first aid and CPR certified! I also love animals and have experience working with dogs through a dog day care and boarding facility!
