About Emily

Hello, my name is Emily, I am 31-year-old wife, cat mom, senior caregiver and self proclaimed chef. I have spent the last six years as an assistant and caregiver for three different seniors, until they each peacefully passed away. I enjoy cooking and have been cooking for my family since I was 15 years old. I have experimented with all kinds of cuisines from classic American, to Japanese, to Persian, and many others. I am adaptable with different dietary needs and preferences. I enjoy meal prepping for the week ahead of time so that meals can be reheated and eaten whenever needed. I'm looking to help out 1-2 days a week with meal prep, grocery shopping and keeping a clean kitchen. It's amazing what having ready to go meals can do to create a more relaxed and enjoyable week.
