About Emily

Hi everyone! My name is Emily, I have 7 years of paid nanny experience with children whose ages ranged from 2 months old to 12 yr old kiddos. I grew up in a single parent home with 4 siblings so caregiving has always been a part of my life from a young age. I am very much so a hands on nanny as I love going out to the park (yes I love going on the playground too..) doing activities, reading books, etc with the kiddos but I also value learing and hitting milestones so education is always a part if our day whether it be something outside or a fun activity indoors. As for dicipline strategies that will always be up to parents as they see fit however I am big on teaching good manners and treating people with kindness.
