She's very attentive, responsible, energetic, and highly skilled, with many years of experience and great references. She's also kind, cheerful, and deeply caring. I can't even express how much she's helped me through the years, sometimes in ways that were very difficult and unpleasant, but with never a word of complaint. (Though she's not a pushover either. I do know of occasions when she's been forced to defend herself from poor treatment and clearly inappropriate demands, and she's done well in those situations, too.) She's just the best.
