Hi! My name is Emily and I'm a recent graduate of Pomona College looking for work in the DFW area. I recently got my Bachelors degree in English. I am passionate about reading, education doing improv comedy, yoga, and being silly! I have experience working in childcare settings, both babysitting for individual families and large certified daycare environments. I served as a summer camp coordinator at the Keller Pointe, supervising 80+ school age children and the camp counselors. I have also taught as a museum educator in both science and art museums, including two summer teaching at the Perot Museum of Nature and Science. I have an older brother with Autism and I have also cared for several children with disabilities. I am happy to work with special needs children, teens, and adults. As for pets, I have cared for both cats and dogs. I own an 8-month year old orange kitten named Squeaks! I have done overnight care, home visits, and walks for cats and both large and small dogs
