About Emily

I am currently working as an elementary school teacher, and have summers off. I am very passionate about education! I have 10 years of experience working with children in a large variety of different settings (daycare, preschool, after-school program, summer camp, nannying/babysitting). I graduated from WSU with a bachelor's degree double majoring in Elementary Education and Psychology. In addition to my teaching experience, I worked for an ABA company as a behavior therapist for children with autism for four plus years. This being said, I have lots of experience working with children who have different diagnoses, as well as students learning English as an additional language. I have a jeep of my own, which can be used for transportation. I am very comfortable around most pets, especially dogs and cats! I am willing to help with many household duties, such as cooking/meal prepping, tidying up, laundry, organizing, traveling, extracurricular activities, school/academic work, etc.
