About Emily

As a friendly and approachable childcare provider with eight years of experience, I am passionate about making a positive impact on children's lives. My graduate degree and coursework in early child development, combined with my CPR training, have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children. I am comfortable caring for up to three children of various ages, from infants to preteens. I believe in open and honest communication with parents and follow their preferred method of communication to discuss their child's day or any issues that arise. I am also very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a structured and safe environment for the children in my care. When it comes to activities, I enjoy playing both educational games that promote learning and fun board games and puzzles with children. In addition to childcare, I am happy to assist with cooking and meal preparation, as well as light housekeeping.
