Hello! My name is Emily - I absolutely love working with kids! I am looking for daytime positions during the weekdays at my home. My 2-year-old son will be with me as well. I am available to start a position on July 7. I am currently pregnant and due September 18, so care would need to end or pause around then. I have a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Inclusive Education from UNK. I started working in childcare when I was 16 and did so for 6 years, working with infants and toddlers in daycare settings. Upon graduating, I then taught in inclusive preschool classrooms for 5 years. I've also had a nanny position for the past year and a half at my home. I am looking for a nanny position because I want to continue doing what I love (working with children!) while also spending time with my own child. I plan to bring a nurturing, developmentally supportive, and fun approach to help your child grow and develop.

Emily has been our nanny for the last 1.5 years. She started watching our son at 3 months and he has absolutely thrived with Emily. She has a great education background and knows appropriate activities for any age. She also made sure to follow any instructions that my husband and I had for our little guy. Our son is a huge mommas boy and Emily is the only person who I can leave him with and he doesn’t cry. The only reason we will be leaving Emily is because we are moving, though we even contemplated not moving because we love Emily so much. If you want your child to be loved and cared for, Emily is your person!
