About Emily

Hi families! My name is Emily and I am licensed speech language pathologist. I have worked in child care since high school and enjoy working with children. My undergraduate and graduate course work provided classes in areas of child language development, special education, early literacy, child and adolescent literature, child welfare, and much more. Although I don't have any specific training in tutoring, I am confident in my abilities to provide assistance with reading/reading fluency, reading comprehension, and language arts for grades K-5. *Please note that this is not a posting for speech therapy services. Any jobs would be strictly additional academic support. My area of experience and course work being with literacy and language.
