Emily was the nanny for our toddler daughter for a school year from 2 1/2 - 3 1/2. SHE WAS AMAZING! I was returning to work for this first time since having my daughter and she made the transition so effortless! She would take her on outings, create experiences with her, and (most importantly) made my daughter feel loved and safe. She was flexible when situations would change and easy going. It's been several years now and my daughter still refers to Emily as "her nanny"! We miss Emily so much, but our needs changed (full-time school for our daughter instead of part-time) and still try to keep in touch as much as possible. If you're considering Emily, you WILL NOT regret it! She is a joy and perfect with kids. Any family would be lucky to have her as a dependable babysitter!
