About Emily

Hi there! My name is Emily and I am currently a SAHM to sweet and goofy twin toddlers. Prior to becoming a mom I was an Elementary Special Education Teacher for the school district. I've also spent time as a special education para educator, and before that I nannied for four years. I received my masters in special education from Portland State University three years ago. My hobbies include painting, hiking, reading, and eating good food! My girls are 15 months old and very social. We spend our days going to splash pads, parks, and the library. I loved being a teacher but feel so grateful to be at home with my girls. I have a lot of experience juggling multiple kids at once and feel confident in my ability to not just "watch" but play with, teach, and comfort another child or two along side my girls. Because I would be bringing my girls with me I would be offering my time at a discounted price. I hope to work somewhere between 10-25 hours a week.
