About Emily Rose

I have extensive experience caring for children of all ages I previously worked as a swim instructor at Goldfish Swim School, teaching children from 4 months to 12 years old, including children on the autism spectrum. I focused on creating a safe, encouraging environment, celebrating achievements, and communicating with parents about each child's progress. I currently work as a Youth Peer Advocate, supporting children and teens who experience stress or emotional challenges. I help build confidence and independence, teach age-appropriate coping skills, and create a supportive environment where kids feel safe being themselves. I'm a psychology student at St. John's University and can help with homework, arts and crafts, music (piano, violin, and clarinet), and daily routines. I'm responsible, creative, and caring, and I always aim to make children feel safe, supported, and happy.
