I earned a bachelors degree in Human Development and Family Sciences while also participating in various youth development programs within the local community. I spent 3 summers as a senior camp counselor managing groups of 1-8 children between the ages of 5-14. I was also a preschool teacher teaching children between the ages of 0-5. My career path has changed and I now work within work for families I have connected with through my preschool teaching position as well as families I have met through care. com. Emily has been caring for my two children now age 3 and 5 since my youngest was only 6 months old. She is hands down the most dependable and caring babysitter we have ever used. There are no words to describe how amazing she is with our children. From the very first day, she made each of them feel comfortable and gained their affection by adapting her babysitting style to fit each of their unique personalities. I have complete trust when we leave them in her care, knowing she treats them like her own family. We are so blessed to have found her and highly reccomend her for children of any age, but especially toddlers and littles. She isn’t afraid to get down on the floor and play barbies or outside for sports. The guitar sessions are a bonus! Your kids will thank you later!
