About Emily

Hi! My name is Emily, and I'm a student at the University of Nebraska at Kearney, pursuing a degree focused on child development and speech-language pathology. I'm more than halfway through my degree and have gained valuable knowledge of childhood development, communication, and behavior. I have hands-on experience working with children of various ages through after-school programs, leading activities for middle school students, and elementary classroom experiences. I am CPR and First Aid certified and pride myself on being responsible, patient, dependable, and caring. I love creating fun, engaging activities that encourage learning and creativity, whether that's spending time outdoors, baking, doing crafts, or helping with homework. My goal is to provide a safe, nurturing, and positive environment where children feel comfortable and supported. I would love the opportunity to get to know your family!
