About Emily

I've been a social worker and therapist for seven years focusing on families and teens. I love children and families and hope to be able to give back in a less formal way. My graduate degree, combined with coursework in Early Child Development and experience as a therapist, equips me to care for children of all ages. I am patient, compassionate, and approachable. I enjoy crafting in my free time and would love to play sports and games outside too. I am very willing to provide cooking, light housekeeping, and carpooling assistance if you need that. I follow the parents' lead when it comes to household rules and communication preferences. I used to be a lifeguard in college, so I feel very comfortable supervising water-related activities. Ultimately, I find joy in helping children learn and grow, and would love to talk about how I can support your family.
