About Emily

Hello! My name is Emily, and I am a 19-year-old college student! I am a psychology major at University and am working to become a child psychologist! I am originally from Kansas but am attending University in California. I have plenty of experience working with children and being responsible for their safety. This summer, I spent my time nannying two boys, ages three and six. This job included laundry, light housekeeping, meal planning and preparation, potty training, assisting in speech development, and devoting my attention to them for 38 or more hours each week. This past September - January, I was also a Mom's helper for a 2-year-old boy and a newborn. Along with nannying, my other experiences include working as a lifeguard for two summers, instructing 1:1 swim lessons with children, and babysitting an infant for a span of two years. I am also CPR and AED certified!
