I really enjoyed Emily’s energy and my teen also felt really encouraged by her. The area of communication is an opportunity for growth for Emily. Responses were not prompt (taking days sometimes). And then, Emily began a new job and assured us she would still be available to us in the predetermined slot. However, she became completely unresponsive in the following weeks and after attempts to reach her we came to the assumption she was no longer interested in providing support to our family.
