About Emily

Hello, I'm Emily. I am a college grad with a Bachelor's in psychology, and am CPR, AED, and First Aid certified! I've been working with and around children for several years now, starting way back in middle school with my first babysitting job. I was a full-time nanny for two years, and it was the most rewarding experience to have taught my current little charge to count, read, write, and draw, along with social skills and confidence. I'm so proud of the wonderful little person she has become! I left to become a State-Certified high school English teacher. I have four years of experience teaching high-level comprehension, analysis, and writing skills, improving SAT and ACT scores, and providing detailed personalized feedback so students have clear ways to improve and grow.
