About Emily

I started my career as an elementary and middle school teacher. Nurturing children and watching them blossom is truly my passion. For the past eight years, I've had the joy of caring for children aged newborn to 11 years old. I hold a graduate degree in education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and am comfortable caring for up to two children at a time. My approach is patient, calm, creative, and friendly. I enjoy playing board games, puzzles, and educational games. I am also comfortable with technology-based games. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules. I communicate with parents at pickup and provide regular updates via text, always following your preferred method. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. I would love to bring my experience and enthusiasm to your family.
