Emily was great! We were in Sedona for a week and had her babysit our 16 month old son twice. She was communicative from the start, and then immediately put us at ease when we met for the first time. She listened to our (detailed!) instructions carefully & asked thoughtful questions, and didn't bat an eye about feeding him or putting him to bed (which can be tricky!). She even proactively reached out to tell us when he was asleep and that he was super happy & went down easily - which put our minds at ease. We definitely would hire Emily again - we wish she lived closer!
