About Emily

Hi, I'm Emily! I'm originally from London and moved to NYC two years ago. I work remotely in tech, but caring for children has always been important to me. I grew up with my mum being an elementary school teacher, so I've always been around young kids. In London, I worked in a preschool caring for babies under 1-year-old, which taught me patience and attentiveness. I've babysat children of all different ages and built strong relationships with both kids and parents. I've worked as a teaching assistant in an elementary school and supported children with special needs, which shaped my calm and adaptable approach. I'm creative and nurturing, and love arts and crafts, reading, and planning fun activities . I always aim to create a warm, safe, and happy environment.
